Event Type: Family event

Attire: Casual attire or class B, no Class A

Activities: Eat, eat some more, and more… Egg toss game and if daylight permits a Tug-of-War!

• What you can bring: Each family is asked to contribute as per the list below (no nuts please):
• Last name begins with A – C Drinks, 2 liter bottles (iced tea, lemonade, water, seltzer, etc.)
• Last name begins with D – J Side dishes (Quiche, mozzarella & tomato, veggie platter with dip, salsa & chips, etc.)
• Last name begins with K – R Salad (Potato, macaroni, mixed greens & dressing, etc.)
• Last name begins with S – Z Dessert (Cookies, cake, pies, brownies, etc.)

Assistant Scoutsmasters & Committee Members who no longer have boys in the troop: Please bring a 20 lb bag of charcoal

Adult Leaders who are available earlier than 6pm are needed to help start the BBQ and setup the site starting at 5pm.
